It’s because its not a peroxide based dye. it is meant to be absorbed into light hair, like bleached hair. it’s still pretty though!

i threw a wadded up piece of paper at a student today (not in anger, just because we were messing around) and he actually pointed his pencil like a a wand and yelled “protego!”… it was an immediate reaction, like it came totally natural.
this student is now my most favourite student OF ALL TIME.

um, we showed maeve some episodes of “Pee Wee’s Playhouse” and now she is running around the house yelling “pee pee!” (which means “Pee Wee”)! and singing “la la la, connect the dots!”
i’m very VERY proud.

you should know that the “GrooGrux King” is the nickname of their saxophonist, Leroy Morris, who died in a tragic accident last year. it was actually really pretty sad. ryan was really really sad for days.
anyway, that’s why the album is named as such.
and the album is getting kick-ass reviews. Like 4 stars and shit.
